3: ecological Balance- the extent to which an organization can control and dial back on its ecological impacts

4: economic Agility- the ability to navigate the volatilities of parabolic markets and ecological instability, and shift direction quickly

5: social Flexibility- the extent to which an organization can protect society and the environment despite economic impediments

6: ecological Encumbrance-  the extent to which an organization is ecologically indebted

7: economic Endurance- the organization's ability to perform its services in the face of competition

8: social Financing- the extent to which an organizations products and services invest in the well being of its stakeholders

9: ecological Co-ordination- the ability to integrate all the components of ecoFitness™ to achieve the maximum benefit for the economy and society, at no cost to the environment.
